Logging

No workout to start. Just log the set.

Most trackers make you start a session, finish it and name it. One Rep works like the notebook in your gym bag. Open an exercise, log your set, and get back to lifting.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does One Rep cost?

$29.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial, or $4.99 a month. Both plans include everything, AI suggestions included.

Do I have to start a workout?

No. There's no session to start or finish. Open any exercise and log a set. One Rep groups your sets by day on its own.

What can I track?

Weighted lifts (weight × reps), bodyweight moves like pull-ups and dips (bodyweight plus any added weight), and timed holds like planks. Add your own exercises with a muscle group and equipment.

How do AI suggestions work?

Each exercise has a rep range. One Rep suggests one more rep than last time until you reach the top of the range on every set, then a small weight increase that matches your equipment. You can see why it picked a number, and turn suggestions off for any exercise.

How is my estimated 1RM worked out?

From your sets of 12 reps or fewer. It's an estimate of the most you could lift once, not a guarantee, so always use caution when attempting a true one-rep max.

Will my log sync between devices?

Yes. Sign in with Apple, Google or email, and your log follows your account to every device you sign in on.

Can I use kilograms?

Yes. Switch between pounds and kilograms in Settings.

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends and you won't be charged.
